What does having a mentor look like?

Teaching doesn’t stick to a rigid script, and neither do we. Every week, you’ll connect with your mentor for a dedicated strategy and sync session but how and when that happens is completely up to you. You can easily schedule your weekly calls around your preferred times, whether that’s during your conference period, right after the final bell, or over a weekend coffee.
And because we are active teachers who get our hands dirty in the field, we know that school days can be unpredictable. If a last-minute parent meeting pops up, an observation gets rescheduled, or a chaotic day in the classroom leaves you needing to pivot, resetting your meeting time is completely stress-free. We are here to adapt to your life, ensuring you always have a consistent sounding board exactly when you need it most.
